As a coach, facilitator and writer I help people to pause, reflect and make conscious choices about what’s next.

I work with people who are at pivot points in their lives and careers, and teams who want to improve their ways of working together. My focus is on having conversations that bring calm and clarity to our often chaotic and complex lives.
